The U.S. Women's National Team captured their seventh Algarve Cup title with a 3-2 win over Germany at the Estadio Algarve in Faro, Portugal. Two first half goals from Carli Lloyd and Abby Wambach gave the U.S. the advantage before Lauren Cheney sealed the victory with her fourth goal of the tournament.
