THE U-17S AVAILABLE AT USA-CHILE MATCH, FEB. 21 IN FT. LAUDERDALE, FLA.: The team is scheduled to make an appearance at the U.S. Men's match against Chile on Feb. 21 before departing for the U-17 CONCACAF qualifying tournament, to be held in Montego Bay, Jamaica (Feb. 24-28). The USA will play against Costa Rica on Feb. 24, before playing Honduras on Feb. 26 and then concluding with Jamaica on Feb. 28. The U.S. is the only country to have participated in all seven FIFA U-17 World Youth Championships since the first tournament in 1985. Head coach John Ellinger will release the 18-man roster a week prior to CONCACAF qualifying.
