TAMPA, Fla. (Feb. 25, 2006) - The U.S. Under-17 '89 Men's National Team drew 2-2 with the University of South Florida this afternoon in Tampa, Fla.
The U.S. fell behind early before bouncing taking the lead with goals in the 39th and 54th minutes, but USF scored with five minutes left for the draw.
Jordan Seabrook scored the opening goal in the 18th minute. The U.S. pulled even when Edgar Barajas buried a pass from Anthony Wallace, and then took the lead as Joey Sorrentino knocked home a pass from Peri Marosevic. Jason Deveniss found the equalizer for USF in the 85th minute.
