How hard is it for the players of the U.S. U-17 WNT to keep up on their high school studies while traveling the country and the world? Truth be told, it's very difficult, but the U-17s are showing the same discipline and dedication to their studies that helped them get to the highest levels of their sport.

U.S. National Teams: A member of the U.S. team that won the 2012 CONCACAF U-17 Women’s Championship in Guatemala and qualified for the 2012 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, but did not see action in the tournament … Has a 4-0-0 record in international matches in 2012 heading into the Women’s World Cup … Has been participating in U-17 events since 2010 and has eight international caps at this level … Helped the U-17s win the Nordic Cup in Denmark in 2010 … Also played for the U.S. U-15 GNT in 2010 … Attended the U.S. Soccer U-14 I.D. Camp in 2009.

College / High School: Has verbally committed to attend Florida State and will enroll early in January of 2013 … Attends Cactus Shadows High School in Cave Creek, Arizona … Rarely plays in goal in high school, but instead players striker … An All-Region selection and First-Team All-State as a junior … Scored about 10 goals with about the same assists as a forward.

Club: From U-13 to present, she played for Sereno SC out of Scottsdale, Arizona … For U-12s, she played with the Tempe Pros … U-8 through U-11 she played for Gilbert Arsenal SC … In 2012, she was an NSCAA All-American … Won five consecutive state titles with Sereno from 2005 through 2009.
