Under-20s: Moreno made four appearances and logged 161 minutes in 2014. His lone start was an 83-minute effort during the USA’s 1-0 victory against Ireland’s U-21s on Nov. 15 in Marbella, Spain … Under-18s: Moreno scored three goals during his U-18 MNT tenure from 2012-13. In his first two appearances with the U-18s, Moreno tallied once in each game, a 3-1 win against Canada on Nov. 21, followed by a late equalizer to earn a 2-2 draw in the rematch against Canada on Nov. 23. At the 2013 Northern Ireland Milk Cup, Moreno scored the USA’s lone goal for a 1-1 draw against Mexico on July 29.

In December of 2012, Moreno signed a homegrown contract with Major League Soccer’s New York Red Bulls, making his professional debut as a second-half sub during a 2-1 loss to the San Jose Earthquakes on March 10, 2013. In February of 2014, Moreno signed with Club Tijuana. Under a unique circumstance featuring Xolos and a USA side beginning its early preparation toward the 2016 Olympic qualifying, Moreno scored the lone goal for the Tijuana Reserves during the U.S. Under-21 Men’s National Team’s 2-1 victory on April 23, 2014, in Carson, California.

Moreno is a former Development Academy member with the New York Red Bulls, starting in November of 2009. With the U-16 team from 2010-12, Moreno tallied 33 goals and 22 assists and helped lead the Red Bulls U-16s to a national Development Academy title in 2011-12. Moreno started in the title game, a 1-0 victory against St. Louis Scott Gallagher on July 23, 2012, at BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, Texas.
