Under-17s: Arellano made his U-17 debut in November of 2013 and played in three matches that year. In 2014, Arellano started in 17 of 18 games and logged 1,247 minutes, which ranked fourth on the team in international play. Arellano scored his first goal during a 5-2 victory against Costa Rica on Oct. 1, 2014, to open the Panama U-17 International Tournament. Arellano’s goal gave the U.S. a 3-1 lead and proved to be the game-winner. … Under-14s and U-15s: Arellano took part in various camps with the U-15 Boys’ National Team in 2012 and 2013, preceded by representing the U-14 BNT in 2012.
Arellano played for the Chivas USA Academy during the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons, playing in 31 matches over that two-season stretch. He helped Chivas USA’s U-15/16 team win the Southwest Division in 2012-13. Arellano is currently registered with the LA Galaxy Academy for 2014-15 but has not registered a game because of his time with the U-17 Residency Program. In July of 2016, Arellano signed with the Galaxy's USL affiliate LA Galaxy II.
