Halftime substitution Jose de la Tejera scored back-to-back goals, including the game-winner, and FC Dallas defeated Vancouver Whitecaps FC 3-2 on Sunday to win the 2011-12 U-17/18 championship on Sunday at BBVA Compass Stadium, the home of Major League Soccer’s Houston Dynamo.
