Complimentary Law Books – 2003 Referee Registration Grades 9, 10 and 11

CHICAGO (Wednesday, May 29, 2002) - Pursuant to the change in By-law 531, approved by the U. S. Soccer Federation Board of Directors, we can now distribute the materials needed for new grade 9,10 and 11 Referee Training clinics as directed by the State Youth Referee Administrator, or the designee of the State Youth organization when there is no SYRA.
