U.S. Top Jamaica 3-1 Behind Two Goals from Beasley

FOXBORO, Mass. (July 16, 2005) — The U.S. Men’s National Team dominated Jamaica from the opening whistle this afternoon to advance to the CONCACAF Gold Cup semifinals with a 3-1 victory at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass. DaMarcus Beasley notched two goals and an assist to pave the way to victory in front of 22,108 fans. The U.S. will now face Honduras in the tournament semifinals on Thursday (July 21) at 6 p.m. ET live on Telefutura from Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
