U.S. Women to Face Italy in K.C. in First Match After Women’s World Cup

CHICAGO (Friday, August 29, 2003) - The U.S. Women’s National Team will return to the field less than two weeks after the completion of the FIFA Women’s World Cup USA 2003, taking on Italy on Wednesday, October 22, at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo., in a match that will be broadcast live on ESPN at 7 p.m. CT.
