2006 National Certification/Recertification and Professional League Referee Training

CHICAGO (Thursday, October 21, 2004) - All grade 5 referees who wish to attend the 2006 National Certification/Recertification and Professional League Referee Training Seminar must file a Declaration of National Candidacy Form to announce their intention. The form must be completed by the referee and signed by the SRA. The form can be submitted to the National Office any time between December 1 and December 30 this year.
