CHICAGO (Wednesday, June 26, 2002) - The Minnesota Thunder and Seattle Sounders of the A-League defeated D3 Pro League opponents this week in U.S. Open Cup Second Round matches and advanced to the third round where they will host MLS sides on July 17.
