U.S. in Position to Qualify for Second Stage of FIFA Futsal World Championship

TAIPEI CITY, Taiwan (Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2004) - The U.S. will conclude group play of the FIFA Futsal World Championship 2004 on Thursday, Nov. 25 at 8 p.m. local time as the team changes venues to the National Taipei University to face Japan. The U.S. could still advance with a loss, but the most scenarios that have the U.S. advancing include winning or tying with help from Italy.
