It was hot today in south Florida. How hot? So hot that even the soccer balls were sweating. Let's put it this way: at 9 p.m. at night it was 83 degrees...and the U.S. team trained at 10 a.m. Still, the heat can be a great assist in improving fitness, and with plenty of water, hydration drinks and ice baths, the players are enjoying the training camp.
