Nothing too exciting to report from Rustenburg, and that's the way it should be. The real excitement comes tonight. It's a bit chilly and overcast today, but that should be perfect weather for this evening's World Cup opener for the USA. For the players, today is very mellow. Time to rest, time to focus, time to prepare for the epic clash against England. The players will eat three meals before the game, breakfast, lunch and pre-game, and a few might get some massage. Soon it will be time to gear up and board to the bus for the 30-minute drive to the Royal Bafokeng Stadium. We can report that everyone is loose and in good spirits and just excited to finally get this show on the road. Which I am sure pretty much describes most of the fans back home as well. If we hadn't said it before, thanks very much for watching today live on ABC HD and Univision at 2:30 p.m. ET. The players know that their country is behind them.
