Regen with the U.S. U-23 Men's National Team in Duisburg
After yesterday's games it was a day of regeneration and rest here in Duisburg, Germany, with the U-23 Men's National Teams.
Both teams were in the gym this morning, working through the usual regen routine. A bit of a run, followed by a series of stretches and movements designed to help the players recover after a busy week ahead of a few more days of difficult training.
When the session concluded, there were some good times to be had in the gym, with players taking the chance to have some laid back fun. There was some soccer tennis in one corner and in another Joe Corona and Greg Garza showed off some of their freestyle repertoire. The big attractions, however, were the basketball hoops: Juan Agudelo and Gale Agbossoumonde took on Joe Gyau and Andrew Wooten in a game of 2 v 2.

The main event was an epic series of Knockout. Hard to say if there was an outright winner, but one thing the YNT Blog can report: Sean Johnson has a sweet stroke. The big man was exhibiting range and touch. His game was probably the strongest; wonder if Studio 90 could take him down in a game of HORSE.
