We knew there were a lot of birds outside the hotel that reside in and around the lake and marsh wetlands on the property, and we knew this because of the frequent and high-pitched shrieking the likes of which you rarely hear in the United States (we have a lot of pigeons and seagulls), but we found out today that around 200-250 species of birds use the property as a home/way-station/nesting spot. That's a lotta birds. We also heard that there are bats that live in the barns on the Irene Farm adjacent to the team hotel. This juts in: We will not be shooting any video at night at Irene Farms.
This is a Fiscal Flycatcher. No, we didn't see one. We got this off the internet, but they are supposed to be around here somewhere
