Stephanie Cox has excellent body form on her passing
The U.S. team continued its daily trainings in the U.K. (actually, today it was two trainings) in wonderfully sunny weather with a tinge of the chill as spring is definitely here in England. The team did technical training in the morning, which included a nice warm-up. In one of the warm-up drills players had to high-five after making a pass, and you can see the most players have to jump pretty high to high-five Abby Wambach. Nice form by Lauren Cheney, though.
After training, U.S. captain Christie Rampone and co-captain Rachel Buehler were nice enough to chat with some young English players who drove about two hours to watch the team train. It seems the U.S. players are great role models even outside the States.
When you've got 233 caps and two kids and have played in three World Cups and three Olympic Games, you can certainly give some valuable insight to some young English players...and to Rachel Buehler.
