World Cup Ticketing Update - Frequently Asked Questions: May 11, 2006

I HAVE RECEIVED MY 2006 FIFA WORLD CUP TICKETS:

1. How do I tell what tickets have been assigned to each ticket holder on my order?

A Packing List and Ticket Assignment sheet is enclosed in your 2006 FIFA World Cup ticket package from U.S. Soccer. This sheet assigns specific barcodes and seat locations to each ticket holder. If you have previously submitted a Ticket Transfer Request Form, this information will not yet be reflected on the Packing List and Ticket Assignment sheet.

2. 2. The names printed on the tickets are no longer the ticket holders that will be using the tickets. What do I do?

The information submitted to FIFA for each ticket is the information shown on the Packing List and Ticket Assignment sheet. If you have previously submitted a Ticket Transfer Request Form, this information will not yet be reflected on the Packing List and Ticket Assignment sheet. You will receive a confirmation of the ticket transfers made.

You will keep and use the original ticket(s) issued to you by U.S. Soccer even if the name on the face of the ticket is different than that of the ticket holder using it. Ticket holder information is linked to the barcode and seat location of each ticket, not by the information imprinted on the ticket. Tickets do NOT need to be reprinted after a ticket holder transfer is completed. DO NOT destroy or return tickets to U.S. Soccer after placing your ticket holder transfer request.

3. The names printed on the tickets are names of people who were never ticket holders on my order.
