GROUP A SHOWDOWN: Group A has had a similar storyline as Group B, with Canada and Mexico storming past the opposition. The two North American teams battle it out for the top spot in that group at 7:30 p.m. ET on Monday, March 5, live on CONCACAF.com. Canada started off the tournament with a 5-0 win against Haiti and followed it up with a 2-0 win against Jamaica. Mexico won 3-1 against Jamaica in the first match and then defeated Haiti 10-0 in the second game of the group. If the U.S. wins against Panama, the team would face the second-place team from Group A in the semis. Mexico has the goal difference advantage over Canada, meaning a win or a tie would give Mexico first place in the group and a meeting with the second-place team from Group B.
