U.S. U-17 MNT Loses Friendly Against the University of South Florida
TAMPA, Fla. (Nov. 9, 2012) – The U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team conceded a goal in each half during a 2-0 loss to the University of South Florida on Friday night at Corbett Stadium on the university’s campus in Tampa.
Wesley Charpie opened the scoring for USF in the 28th minute, while Lucas Baldin converted a penalty kick in the 76th minute following a handball in the box by the U-17 MNT.
The U.S. deployed 17 different players during the match.
