U-17 '90 MNT Drop 4-1 Result to Chivas Reserves

CARSON, Calif. (June 14, 2006) - The U.S. Under-17 '90 Men's National Team fell 4-1 to the Chivas USA Reserve team this afternoon in their first match of an 11-day training camp at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif.

Estuardo Sanchez scored three goals in the first 27 minutes of the match, two assisted by Drew Helm, to spur Chivas to the victory.

Brendan King had the lone goal for the U.S. in the 74th minute.

The U.S. U-17s are in camp at the HDC with 38 players, 18 of which are non-residency players, as head coach John Hackworth continues to look through the vast player pool of U-17 players in the nation.
