Quick strikes from Spencer in the 3 rd minute and Rubin in the 8th got the U.S. off to a flying start. The hosts grabbed a consolation through Parigi shortly after the U.S. made a goalkeeper change in the 41st minute, bringing on Ethan Horvath for starter Santiago Castano.
