Henrik Larsson scored two goals to give Sweden a come-from-behind 2-1 win over Nigeria in Kobe, Japan. The loss pushes Sweden to four points and eliminates Nigeria from this competition with one game remaining in the group phase.
With a win or a draw against Argentina, Sweden will clinch a spot in the Round of 16.
Sweden jumped on top of Nigeria early, creating three quality chances in the game's opening minutes. Nigeria went ahead against the run of play, with Julius Agahowa knocking Joseph Yobo's cross into the far side of the net, giving Magnus Hedman no chance for a save.
Eight minutes later Larsson went ahead with a calm finish after a Freddie Ljunberg through ball sent him into the box. Larsson scored the gamewinner from the penalty spot in the 63rd minute.

Spain 3 - Paraguay 1
Spanish forward Fernando Morientes tallied twice in the second half to cancel out an early Paraguay goal and make the Spanish the first team to clinch a spot in the Round of 16. It also marks the first time since 1950 that Spain has won their first two World Cup matches.
Paraguay, who gave up a two-goal second-half lead in a 2-2 draw with Slovenia in their opener, went ahead in the 9th minute through a Spanish own goal.
After a great opening half, Paraguay faded in the second half and allowed Spain to take control of the match. The Spanish dominated the second half, with substitute Morientes scoring in the 53rd and 69th minutes, before Fernando Hierro finished the scoring from the penalty spot.
To finish group play, Spain faces South Africa and Paraguay takes on Slovenia on June 12.

Argentina 0 - England 1
England midfielder David Beckham exacted his revenge on Argentina, scoring the game's only goal in the 44th minute as England shocked Argentina 1-0 to put themselves on the verge of the second round.
Beckham, who was sent off against Argentina in the '98 World Cup, stepped to the penalty spot in the 44th minute, after Michael Owen was taken down inside the penalty area. Beckham stroked the ball straight down the middle, catching Pablo Cavallero leaning to his right.
England played their best soccer of the tournament in the first half, and Owen should have added to the lead on two occasions. After going up 1-0 at the conclusion of the first half, England hung on to their three points by absorbing all Argentina could throw at them in the final 30 minutes.
England goalkeeper David Seaman was up to the task when called upon and shutout the pre-tournament favorites. Argentina now need a result against Sweden in their final match if they want to see the second round. A win against Sweden will see Argentina through, and a loss will eliminate them from the tournament.
