Decisive Match of Group Play Between U.S. Under-20s and Ukraine to be Shown on Galavision on Saturday

CHICAGO (Friday, June 22, 2001) - The U.S. Under-20 Men's National Team will conclude first round Group C play in FIFA World Youth Championship with a match against the Ukraine on Saturday, June 23, in Mendoza, Argentina at 1 p.m. ET. Galavision will broadcast the entire game on a same day tape delay at 5:45 p.m. ET, 2:45 p.m. PT.

Prior to the USA-Ukraine match, Galavision will broadcast the other Group C match - China vs. Chile - live at 3:30 p.m. ET.

The Americans, who are looking for a spot in the Round of 16 that begins on June 27, are currently in third-place in Group C with three points (1-1-0), while the Ukraine (1-0-1) and China (1-0-1) are currently tied for first with four points each and Chile (0-2-0) is last with zero points.

The top two from each of the six groups, along with the four best third-place finishers advance to the Round of 16.

The USA-Ukraine game will also be broadcast by the Futbol de Primera Radio Network, who will be continuing their coverage of the FIFA World Youth Championship across the United States.
