World Cup Ticketing Update - Frequently Asked Questions: May 30, 2006

1. I have purchased conditional vouchers through U.S. Soccer, when, where, and how will I redeem the conditional vouchers?

Conditional vouchers will be redeemable for tickets at pre-designated U.S. Team Ticket Points approximately two (2) days before each specific match IF the U.S. advances to the specific match. Each specific Team Ticket Point location is dependent upon the U.S. Team’s placement in Group E. (Please note: These locations are ONLY for fans that have purchased conditional vouchers directly through U.S. Soccer. If you have purchased conditional vouchers through FIFA or another source, please refer to fifaworldcup.com for further details.) Locations, hours of operation, and directions to each possible Team Ticket Point are available by clicking the corresponding links below. U.S. Soccer recommends that anyone holding a conditional voucher print the Team Ticket Point information and take it along with them in their travel packets.

I HAVE RECEIVED MY 2006 FIFA WORLD CUP TICKETS:

1. How do I tell what tickets have been assigned to each ticket holder on my order?

A Packing List and Ticket Assignment sheet is enclosed in your 2006 FIFA World Cup ticket package from U.S. Soccer. This sheet assigns specific barcodes and seat locations to each ticket holder. If you have previously submitted a Ticket Transfer Request Form, this information will not yet be reflected on the Packing List and Ticket Assignment sheet.

2. The names printed on the tickets are no longer the ticket holders that will be using the tickets. What do I do?

The information submitted to FIFA for each ticket is the information shown on the Packing List and Ticket Assignment sheet. If you have previously submitted a Ticket Transfer Request Form, this information will not yet be reflected on the Packing List and Ticket Assignment sheet. You will receive a confirmation of the ticket transfers made.

You will keep and use the original ticket(s) issued to you by U.S. Soccer even if the name on the face of the ticket is different than that of the ticket holder using it. Ticket holder information is linked to the barcode and seat location of each ticket, not by the information imprinted on the ticket. Tickets do NOT need to be reprinted after a ticket holder transfer is completed. DO NOT destroy or return tickets to U.S. Soccer after placing your ticket holder transfer request.
