U.S. U-17 Heading to Red Bull Arena and Seattle to Face Development Academy Teams
CHICAGO (Oct. 7, 2010) -- The U.S. U-17 Men’s National Team will travel to face the New York Red Bulls, Crossfire Premier and Sounders FC U-17/18 Development Academy teams during a cross-country trip that begins Oct. 7.
Wilmer Cabrera’s team will travel from Bradenton, Fla., to take on the New York Red Bulls at the new Red Bull Arena on Saturday, Oct. 9, at 6 p.m. following the Major League Soccer match between the Red Bulls and Real Salt Lake.
After Saturday’s game, the team will travel across the country to Seattle, Wash., for a match up against Crossfire Premier on the evening of Wednesday, Oct. 13, at Husky Soccer Stadium. On Oct. 16, the U.S. will round out its trip with a match against Seattle Sounders FC, serving as the serving as the undercard for the MLS game between the Sounders and Chivas USA.
