CHICAGO (Friday, May 26, 2000) - For the first time since the 1995 Women's World Cup in Sweden, fans of the U.S. Women's National Team will have an opportunity to watch the team in action live on foreign soil when two of the team's July matches in their upcoming tour of Europe are broadcast live back to the United States on pay-per-view.
Innovative Sports Marketing has acquired the U.S. broadcast rights for a number of the team's upcoming European games including the final match in the DFB 100th Anniversary Tournament, featuring the U.S. battling host Germany on July 22 in Braunscheig, Germany, and the team's second of two matches in Norway against the 1995 Women's World Cup champions on July 30 in Oslo.
