|Date:||March 8, 2009|
The United States Soccer Federation National Referee Program will conduct a combination State Director of Instruction and State Director of Assessment workshop at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2, 2009.
If you are interested in attending this session, you must register on or before April 10, 2009. Space is limited and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Those interested in attending other than the SDA and/or SDI may inquire about space available after registration is closed on April 10, 2009.
Again this year, the United States Olympic Committee is assessing a $25 per day, per person, charge for the use of the facilities. U. S. Soccer will pay the fee as long as your registration has been sent to our office by the deadline (April 10). Anyone who registers after the deadline will be asked to send a check for $50 with their registration form.
Please plan to arrive on Friday, May 1, 2009, after 3 PM. Our first session will begin after dinner on Friday evening. Departures can be scheduled for any time on Sunday morning, May 21. There will be no session planned for Sunday. Evening flights out of Colorado Springs are limited, but if available, the session will end at 6:00 PM on Saturday.
A registration form and a transportation sign up sheet are attached, along with the waiver forms required by the OTC
