U.S. Men's National Team Forward Jozy Altidore to Undergo MRI Exam on Injured Hamstring

CHICAGO (June 20, 2011) – U.S. Men's National Team forward Jozy Altidore will undergo an MRI exam on Tuesday, June 21, to determine the extent of his injury. Altidore suffered a strained left hamstring in the ninth minute of the USA's 2-0 victory against Jamaica on June 19 in the quarterfinal of the 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

The U.S. is traveling today to Houston in advance of thesemifinal match against Panama that kicks off Wednesday, June 22 at 6 p.m. CT. The match will be broadcast live on Fox Soccer and Univision, and fans can follow along on ussoccer.com's MatchTracker and Twitter @ussoccer.
