CHICAGO (May 26, 2014) – U.S. Men’s National Team fans are encouraged to arrive early for USA-Azerbaijan, powered by Yingli Solar, at 7 p.m. PT on Tuesday, May 27, in San Francisco.
High-volume commuter traffic is expected Tuesday as two Major League Baseball games also are taking place that evening with the San Francisco Giants and Oakland A’s hosting games. Additionally, there will not be any direct municipal transportation to Candlestick Park via shuttle busses.
Public transportation to Tuesday’s match is available via the T Third Street Muni Line to the Gilman/Paul Avenue Station, which is within walking distance to Candlestick Park. Fans should have fares and passes ready before boarding. Muni-Candlestick service now takes regular fares, passes and transfers.

The U.S. MNT will play three matches in its Send-Off Series from May 27-June 7 in San Francisco, New York and Jacksonville, Florida. The Send-Off Series kicks off with USA vs. Azerbaijan, powered by Yingli Solar, at 7 p.m. PT on Tuesday, May 27, at Candlestick Park in San Francisco [ TICKETS]. The USA then hosts Turkey at 2 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 1, at Red Bull Arena [TICKETS] in Harrison, New Jersey, before traveling to Jacksonville, Florida, to face Nigeria on June 7 at 6 p.m. ET at EverBank Field [TICKETS].
