U.S. Men’s National Team forward Jordan Morris has never let his Type-1 Diabetes get in the way of his budding career with the USA or Seattle Sounders FC. During the U.S. MNT’s recent stay in Nashville, Morris met up with nine-year-old Aiden, a fellow “Diabuddy” who looks up to the striker for how he’s dealt with his condition in working his way up to the National Team and as 2016 M.L.S. Rookie of the Year.
Along with trading fruit snacks and jerseys, Morris answered Aiden's questions about how he manages his diabetes while being a pro athlete and also got to meet form U.S. MNT players Landon Donovan and Stuart Holden.
