A right-back who is building his career in Scandinavia, Ryan Miller was called into U.S. Men's National Team camp after a successful first year at Swedish side Halmstads BK. A regular for the team in the Swedish Allsvenskan, Miller's call-up to the camp in January represented his first for any U.S. National Team.
- Drafted by Columbus Crew of the MLS, he also represented D.C. United in the CONCACAF Champions League before moving to Sweden in 2009.
- A 2007 graduate from Notre Dame, he ended his career with a record 86 starts for the team.
In 2007, he was a Second Team NSCAA All-American and earned CoSIDA First Team Academic All-American honors … He finished his time with the Fighting Irish with 86 straight starts, the most in the team's history.
