About The VIP Experience

What is the U.S. Soccer VIP Experience?

The VIP Experience is U.S. Soccer's most elite and exclusive ticket, including new and unrivaled behind-the-scenes access and opportunities. Unlike the Ultimate Fan Ticket or the Fan Travel Package, this multi-day ticket includes unique experiences and VIP treatment from the moment you arrive to the city and are picked up from the airport. Guests stay at the official U.S. Soccer Hotel as they enjoy behind-the-scenes tours, special meals, a National Team training session and premium hospitality and match seats. It's a two-day ticket but a one-of-a-kind soccer experience.

What is included in the experience?

Though subject to change based on team needs and scheduling, the VIP Experience includes: accommodations at the official U.S. Soccer hotel, exclusive access to a U.S. training session, dinner with U.S. Soccer at a top local restaurant, game-day luncheon with special guests, behind-the-scenes stadium tour, pre-game field access to observe warm-ups, ticket to the pre-game tailgate party, premium match ticket, post-game walk out onto the pitch, special U.S. Soccer gifts and all ground transportation, including airport transfers.

What is the overall itinerary?

Guests should plan to arrive the morning before game day to enjoy access to the team's training and dinner with U.S. Soccer. Game day includes a luncheon, tour, tail-gate, match and post-game activities.

Do most people attend with a friend or attend on their own?

The VIP Experience is an incredible experience for any fan. Many guests chose to attend with a son, daughter, sibling, partner or friend; however, VIP Experience guests travel and attend events together, so all guests will have social opportunities). During your Experience, there are both "family friendly" events and opportunities more geared towards adults.

What is the average age of people that take part? Are there any age limits or requirements?

The VIP Experience is perfect for fans of all ages – both children and children-at-heart. While there are no age restrictions, please note that strollers are not permitted in the stadiums, and the behind-the-scenes tour may include a fair amount of walking, including stairs.

What is your guest cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel you VIP Experience, we ask that you contact us at least one week in advance to be fully refunded. Your VIP Experience is transferable to another guest or another match.

Travel and Logistics

When will I receive my itinerary, game tickets and credentials?

VIP Experience guests receive a Welcome Packet, complete with itinerary, transportation and hotel details about one to two weeks before the match. Guests receive their game ticket and credentials on game day, which will be provided to them by their U.S. Soccer guide.

Does the VIP Experience include airfare?

No. U.S. Soccer will provide all transportation to you once you arrive to the city; however, guests arrange their own travel to the city.

Do I need a rental car? How do I get to the hotel when I arrive?

You do not need to rent a car. U.S. Soccer will organize to have you picked up from the airport and transported to the hotel when you arrive (and back to the airport when you leave). Your confirmation number and transportation details will be provided in your personalized Welcome Packet, ahead of your trip. This transportation service has been pre-paid, including gratuity.

How do I secure my hotel room?

After you have confirmed your VIP Experience purchase and planned travel days, a U.S. Soccer representative will secure your hotel room. Your reservation confirmation number, contact information and hotel details will be provided in your personalized Welcome Packet, ahead of your trip. The cost of the hotel is included in your VIP Experience ticket (though you will need to show a credit card at check-in to cover any incidentals).

How do I get to the stadium on game day?

U.S. Soccer will organize all ground transportation for you and other VIP Experience guests when you're in the city. Your personalized Welcome Packet will include meeting-time details for hotel departures.

Where are the seats located for the game?

VIP Experience guests sit in premium seats for the event. These seats vary depending on the stadium.

Will I be guaranteed a seat next to my guest(s)?

We want you, your friends and family to enjoy the game and VIP experience together. We will ensure that you and your other VIP Experience guests are next to each other, or in the same premium seating space (example: a stadium suite).

Other VIP Experience Questions

Will I get to meet any players?

Player meetings (including autograph opportunities) are not part of the VIP experience. Before any match, the players' focus is on their preparation and performance. While there may be some informal opportunities to interact with your favorite players throughout your visit, please know that U.S. Soccer does not guarantee any meetings or autographs.

Is there a dress code for any special events during the VIP Experience?

There is no dress code for your VIP Experience. Many guests wear their favorite U.S. Soccer gear the entire time. While U.S. Soccer representatives will treat you to a special dinner at a top local restaurant, generally there is no special attire required. (U.S. Soccer will alert you ahead of time in your personalized Welcome Packet if necessary.)

Will I receive any souvenirs?

Absolutely. U.S. Soccer is excited to provide you with a range of special gifts and U.S. Soccer apparel. Welcome Gifts vary per game.

Will I have the opportunity to purchase more U.S. Soccer merchandise?

U.S. Soccer merchandise is available at ussoccerstore.com. Some merchandise may be available for purchase at the stadium on game day.

Is photography permitted during the VIP Experience?

As a VIP Experience guest, you will be permitted special behind-the-scenes access to the National Team and stadium. While cameras are welcome throughout most of your multi-day visit, U.S. Soccer will alert you when photographs (and social media commentary) are not permitted.

Are there photographers and videographers that will capture the events and share pictures?

U.S. Soccer will take some pictures of you and your guests throughout your VIP Experience, and share them with you when you return home. U.S. Soccer also makes game highlight videos, available at ussoccer.com.

What do I need to bring for the experience?

Just yourself, your excitement and whatever you usually need to travel comfortably. U.S. Soccer will provide you with all your tickets and credentials when you arrive.
