All tickets for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa will be distributed in South Africa at Ticket Terminals. No tickets will be mailed to individuals.

Guidelines:

• The applicant must be the person who collects the tickets.
• The applicant must be sure to bring the method of payment used when purchasing tickets online – this method will be your collection mechanism to receive your tickets.
• If you paid by wire transfer, your unique reference number and barcode contained within your Official Ticket Confirmation received from the 2010 FIFA World Cup Ticketing Center will be required.
• Tickets can be collected from official 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa ticket collection points beginning at the end of April 2010. To take part in this process, fans should send a request for information to enquiries@2010fwctc.com.

A Ticket Terminal is a ticketing machine (kiosk) which will be used by the general public to print their tickets in South Africa at the ticket collection points. The details of the ticket collection points will be communicated at a later date.

You will receive a communication from FIFA with all the ticket collection points, called Venue Ticketing Centers, where you can find Ticket Terminals and the operating times. Ticket Terminals are expected to be operational starting in April 2010. If you have not received information regarding the location of the ticket collection points by the end of April 2010, please send a request for information to enquiries@2010fwctc.com.

The Venue Ticketing Centre is the office where the 2010 FIFA World Cup Ticketing Center manages the Ticketing Operations in each of the Host Cities and where the ticket terminals will be housed.
