The Open Division Qualifying handbook is the manual for teams participating in the fall qualifying rounds and details all tournament policies.

With an online entry form, the entry form, venue declaration and home game application forms will all be completed at one time.
2023 Tournament Dates
The U.S. Open Cup Committee has set the 2023 Open Cup dates for both the Qualifying Rounds (Fall 2022) and the Tournament Proper (Spring 2023).
ONLINE ENTRY FORM
All entries will be submitted online for 2023. Entry Fee and Performance Bond can be paid by credit card, or a check can be mailed. The entry deadline is Monday, August 8, 2022.
