Athletic and composed  with sharp reflexes and maturity to boot, Yarbrough joins the ranks of U.S. goalkeepers after following an unconventional route. Born in Mexico to American parents from Texas, his soccer upbringing came exclusively south of the border. His performance at Club Leon where he has earned two Liga MX titles caught the attention of the U.S. coaching staff, who became eager to add him to the list of quality goalkeepers in the stable. The dual citizen of the United States and Mexico will wear the stars and stripes in international competition.

Career Highlights:

  • Lined up against the country of his birth when he played the second half of the 2-0 win against Mexico on April 15 in San Antonio
  • Has more than 70 appearances for Club Leon
  • Won historic consecutive titles with Leon in the Apertura 2013 and Clausura 2014.
