The #USMNT Arrived in Miami on Monday, Here's what They were Posting:

The U.S. Men's National Team wrapped up the Send-Off Series with a 2-1 win against Nigeria in Jacksonville, Fla. From there it was a quick 24 hours (enough time to pack bags and say goodbye to loved ones) before embarking on the journey to Brazil. After a quick flight to Miami, the team had a layover before their flight to São Paulo. There was enough time for Omar Gonzalez (above) to bust out his guitar in the airport lounge.

As the #USMNT walked to their flight, fans gathered to give the team an awesome goodbye on their way to Brazil. After boarding the plane, the entire team gathered for an epic group selfie.

Omar Gonzalez couldn't make it in time, but he did get the behind the scenes shot. Below is what it looked like from his view:

The #USMNT are mostly on twitter - follow our twitter list to see what they're all up to while in Brazil - and that now includes midfielder Julian Green! The youngest member of the team became the latest player to join twitter and instagram, signing up just in time to get to the #World Cup:

After landing in the morning, there was still time to hit the training field at Sao Paulo FC. With less than a week until the June 16 opener against Ghana, the team was out on the training field with work to do.

And even though that's just the FIRST game of the group stage, #USMNT goalkeeper Tim Howard gave a shoutout to his animated self in @NikeSoccer's "The Last Game"
