CHICAGO (May 31, 2018) – A youthful 14-player squad is set to travel to the 13th International Trophy CP Football tournament in Barcelona. The seven-team tournament take place June 7-10 and includes the Paralympic National Teams of Scotland, Argentina, Denmark, Catalonia, and the U.S., as well as club teams CP United and SW CP United.
The U.S. will kick off Group B play on Thursday, June 7 against SW CP United, and will face Catalonia on Friday, June 8. Placement matches will take place on Sunday, June 10.
Because of the youthful roster on tap for this competition, U.S. PNT Head Coach Stuart Sharp’s Team will be guided by assistant coach Anthony Latronica during the competition.
