When can I expect to receive my FIFA PMA code?
U.S. Soccer Insiders can now apply for tickets to the 2026 FIFA World Cup™. U.S. Soccer Insiders are eligible to apply for tickets to U.S. Men’s National Team matches at the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ through FIFA’s official ticketing platform. Your PMA access code is available in your Insiders Profile. Once verified, your code can be used to apply for tickets directly on FIFA’s platform here.
When and how long is the application open?
Applications are open from now until 11:00 a.m. ET. on January 13. Your Insider tier and tenure will be locked at that time for draw purposes.
What is the deadline for me to upgrade my Insiders tier?
The deadline for upgrading your Insiders membership tier is January 13. Your tier on January 13 will be used in the Insiders ticket draw.
How do I receive my link and code to fill out the ticket application?
Your PMA access code is available in your Insiders Profile. Once verified, your code can be used to apply for tickets directly on FIFA’s platform.

Can I edit my application after it has been submitted?
You can cancel your application before the closing date of January 13. If you decide to re-enter, you can use the same access code to enter before the deadline. Once the deadline has passed, you will not be able to enter the FIFA application.
How and when will I be notified if I win tickets?
FIFA will notify both successful and unsuccessful applicants directly. If your application is selected, FIFA will automatically charge the card on file between February 2 and 23, 2026.
After I make my ticket purchase, when will I receive my tickets and seat location?
Winners will have the ability to purchase two (2) tickets for the designated match. Winners will not be able to select exact seat locations. Tickets will be distributed ahead of the tournament by FIFA.
Is there a limit to the number of matches I can enter the draw for?
Fans may enter the draw for as many matches as they choose. Each match is treated as a separate draw, giving the most fans the opportunity to attend.
What are the minimum and maximum number of tickets I could win per match?
Winners of group stage matches will have the ability to purchase two (2) tickets to that match through U.S. Soccer. Per FIFA, an individual account can have no more than four (4) tickets to a match or more than 40 tickets throughout the tournament.
Which matches are included in the U.S. Soccer allotment?
USA Group Stage and knockout stages. Knockout stage matches are contingent upon the U.S. Men’s National Team advancement.
Where does all the information live about my membership tier & date?
When you log in to your U.S. Soccer Insiders account, either online or through the app, the most up-to-date information regarding your membership tier and date lives under “My Profile.” Click here to login and see your Insiders membership information.
The wrong tier or membership date is shown under My Profile. What should I do?

If I’ve been a member and recently upgraded my tier, which date is considered my official membership start date?
Your official membership start date will be the creation date of your Insiders account, regardless of your tier.
What are the different categories of tickets available in the draw?
On FIFA’s official ticketing platform, you’ll be able to select tickets in Premier, Standard, and Value tiers. Fans can only apply for tickets in one (1) category per match. Each applicant may apply for two (2) tickets per match.
If I win tickets and end up not being able to attend the match, will there be a send back system?
No, you will be responsible for the tickets and may only resell them per FIFA’s resale policy.
Is there going to be a waitlist if I didn’t win the draw?
No. There will not be a waitlist if you are not selected.
Are tickets transferable / able to be resold?
Yes, tickets can be transferred or resold on FIFA’s official resale platform.
Will Insiders benefits still be available at these matches?
No, since U.S. Soccer does not host the matches, there will not be Insiders benefits offered.
Will there be other opportunities to purchase tickets?
We expect this application window will be the only opportunity for U.S. Soccer Insiders members to apply for tickets in the official U.S. Soccer ticket allocation. Any potential future sale windows will rely on ticket availability and may be subject to FIFA's variable pricing.
