How do I apply for tickets from U.S. Soccer’s allotment of tickets?
U.S. Soccer Insiders can apply for tickets to all U.S. Men’s National Team matches by accessing a FIFA Ticket Office portal exclusively for U.S. Soccer supporters or through the U.S. Soccer fan lottery. Timing of the application window is to be determined. The application process is not first-come, first-served and fans can apply at any point during the application window. Submission is not a guarantee of ticket access. We encourage fans to apply for any and all ticket lotteries available to them to increase their chances of being selected to purchase tickets.
I am a U.S. Soccer fan under the age of 18. Can I submit a ticket request?
U.S. Soccer fans under the age of 18 whose families wish to purchase tickets must have a parent/guardian above the age of 18 apply for tickets. Anyone under the age of 18 can be added to an application as a guest.
Does being a U.S. Soccer Insider and completing the application process guarantee me tickets?
No. Insiders who apply are not guaranteed tickets, as the number of ticket requests may exceed the ticket allocation available. A weighted random selection draw will be conducted to determine which applicants are awarded tickets through the U.S. Soccer Federation.
How many tickets are available in the U.S. Soccer allotment?
FIFA will provide U.S. Soccer with a variable percentage of tickets for each of the U.S. Men’s National Team matches based on stadium capacity.
Are there limits to the number of tickets a U.S. Soccer fan can request?
Yes. FIFA ticket sales regulations include certain limits per household for anyone requesting tickets. These limits also apply to all U.S. Soccer fans. Those interested can only apply for individual match tickets on either FIFA.com or the U.S. Soccer allotment.
Please note that the online order page will not automatically conduct checks on limits when you submit your request. Instead, the request submitted is checked after the sales window has concluded in combination with all other requests received. Please take care not to exceed the stated combined household limits when submitting your request either through the U.S. Soccer Insider portal or any earlier or later ticket sales phases through FIFA.com.
To what matches can U.S. Soccer fans apply for tickets from U.S. Soccer’s allotment?
U.S. Soccer’s allotment is only for the U.S. Men’s National Team’s matches. U.S. Soccer fans also have the opportunity to request conditional tickets for the USMNT’s potential knockout round games, including the Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Final/Third Place Game. Conditional tickets will only be issued if the U.S. advances.
Supporter Tickets (ST) – Individual match tickets available for each of the three (3) matches that will be played by the U.S. Men’s National Team during the Group Stage.
Conditional Supporter Tickets (CST) – Individual match tickets available for each of the knockout round matches that could be played by the U.S. Men’s National Team. CSTs are conditional on the USMNT qualifying for the match, otherwise the ticket purchaser will receive a refund to the payment card used.
What is a conditional ticket?
Anyone who applies for a ticket to follow the U.S. Men’s National Team for matches in the knockout rounds will be applying for a conditional ticket, which will only be valid if the USMNT team advances. Applicants will be required to use a payment card to pay the full amount for all tickets up front. Should the USMNT fail to advance to a stage of the tournament where someone has purchased a ticket, then the ticket purchaser will receive a refund to the payment card used.
Can I apply for tickets to non-U.S. World Cup matches?
Yes. U.S. Soccer fans may apply for tickets to non-U.S. World Cup matches by submitting a ticket application directly through FIFA. Fans should visit the FIFA World Cup official ticketing platform at FIFA.com/tickets for more information. If fans are successful in obtaining tickets through this method, they will be seated with other international fans in an International General Public area. U.S. Soccer fans will only be seated with other U.S. fans if they apply for tickets from U.S. Soccer’s allotment.
Please remember, however, that the household ticket limits apply to all tickets purchased regardless of how, when or in which phase they were purchased.
Can I specify seat locations or request seats adjacent to another applicant?
Tickets will be broken into four categories/price levels. The ticket application will give applicants the opportunity to choose which category or categories of tickets they prefer but not allow any more specifics beyond this. FIFA does not offer the option to request adjacent seats to another group or purchaser.

What are the different ticket types (e.g., general admission, hospitality, VIP)?
Seating is available in Categories 1, 2, 3, and 4 throughout the stadium bowl, all of which is reserved. Additionally, hospitality seating is available in suites and club areas through On Location and Major League Soccer. To view the hospitality options, please visit this site.
What does each tier of access include?
Category 1-4 includes seat access only. Hospitality may include premium seating, food, beverage, lounge access, and exclusive gifting. VIP and protocol tickets often include logistics support and security access.
Where will U.S. Men’s National Team matches be held?
Final location assignments will be made following the official draw in 2026. However, as a co-host, the U.S. Men's National Team will play group-stage matches in home markets. See date and location below.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Will there be ticket resale options or an official exchange platform?
Yes, FIFA will launch an official ticket resale platform where fans can resell tickets at a price of their choosing. Details will be shared closer to the tournament.
How and when will U.S. Soccer fans know whether their ticket requests are approved?
After the ticket application window for U.S. Soccer’s allotment closes (exact date to be confirmed), the FIFA World Cup Ticketing Office will contact all applicants directly to confirm whether or not the request for tickets was successful.
Should you be successful in your application for tickets, your payment card will be immediately charged the full amount noted during the application process (including the cost of conditional tickets).
If I am successful in applying for tickets through the U.S. Soccer allotment, when and how should I expect to receive them?
Tickets will be made available as mobile tickets. Mobile tickets will only be available through the FIFA Ticketing App. Mobile tickets for Supporter Tickets (ST), during the Group Stage, will be made available closer to the start of the tournament. Mobile tickets for Conditional Supporter Tickets (CST) during the knockout rounds will be delivered as the U.S. Men’s National Team advances through the knockout rounds.
