46th minute - The second half has begun.
48th minute - Free kick for Colombia from the left wing, just outside the penalty area. Friedel bats ball out of danger.
49th minute - Agoos tackles ball away from Martinez in the penalty area, after a nice dribbling run into the box.
51st minute - Friedel takes his time to play a long ball from his half of the field, where the ball soars through the air where McBride awaits just outside the penalty area. With his superiou aerial ability, McBride outjumps his defender and knocks the ball in the air to his right (with his back to the goal) where an on-rushing Chris Armas volleys the ball out of the air with his right foot into the lower left side of the goal. U.S. Leads 2-1. Armas now has 2 goals in 13 international appearances. McBride has a goal and assist in today's match.
54th minute - Lewis breaks free along the left wing and hits a cross into the penalty area that drops between two Colombia defenders and Cobi Jones, who takes a stab, but can't get a shot on goal.
55th minute - A nice through pass from 35 yards out frees Faustino Asprilla running into the right side of the penalty area. He collects and takes a tough angle shot which is easily controlled by Friedel.
58th minute - Colombia substitution: Edwin Arturo Congo replaces Hector Hurtado.
58th minute - Free kick from Colombia straight out from goal, 35 yards is looped into the area, where Eddie Pope does well to head out for a corner kick. The ensuing corner is headed down by the U.S. and then cleared over the end line by Colombia via an errant 22-yard shot.
61st minute - A nice attack featuring consecutive possession from Armas, Jones, Wynalda, Reyna, McBride to Lewis eventually ends when Lewis is dispossed carrying the ball into the penalty area.
62nd minute - Colombia substitution: John Wilmar Perez replaces Jorge Bolano.
63rd minute - Wynalda breaks down the left wing and hits a soft cross into the penalty area where McBride has a step on the defense. McBride lunges and is able to get a foot on the ball from 12 yards out in front of the goal, but can't redirect it and it goes out for a goal kick.
67th minute - In an identical play to four minutes earlier, this time Reyna is on the end of the Wynalda's cross, stabbing the ball at the goal where it is collected by Callero.
70th minute - A nice attack by Colombia sees Asprilla whistled offsides as he breaks in on goal.
70th minute - Colombia substitution: Mayer Candelo replaces Martín Zapata.
71st minute - Free kick for the U.S. from 20 yards. In a shot similar to his blistering shot that just missed in the first half, this time Lewis uses less pace and has the ball targeted for the upper right corner, but Callero tips it over the bar again for a corner. On the ensuing corner kick, Colombia clears.
75th minute - A nice build-up from Colombia with a series of passes along the left wing, sees Congo collect the ball with his back to the goal at the edge of the area. With Fraser and Pope on him, he tries to turn, sliding the ball forward where Reyna comes in from behind to clear.
77th minute - U.S. Substitution: Ben Olsen replaces Cobi Jones. Jones sees his three-game goal-scoring streak end, however he has tallied a goal (3) or assist (2) in each of the five matches the U.S. has played in 2000.
80th minute - Yellow card on Colombia's Congo.
81st minute - Bedoya hits a rocket from 25 yards after collecting a ball of his chest and then hitting the ball off one bounce while fending off a U.S. defender, drilling the ball into the upper left corner.
82nd minute - U.S. Substitution: C.J. Brown enters the game.
83rd minute - Congo hits a shot from the right side of the penalty area that looks dangerous, but slides out for a throw in.
84th minute - Asprilla breaks into the area and has a chance from close range, but a tough angle, and shoots at Friedel, who deflects the ball back into the box, where it is cleared.
84th minute - Wynalda yellow card for pushing a player crowding his free kick.
87th minute - Cross from the right wing for colombia is headed out by Pope.
88th minute - Congo attacks from the right wing, working his way along the end line into the penalty area, and hits a dangerous shot across the penalty area, which the U.S. is lucky to have deflect up field off the planted leg of Chris Armas.
90th minute - More attacking from Colombia sees C.J. Brown and Fraser combine to close down a dangerous attack down the left wing from Colombia.
91st minute - A long ball from Reyna across field to Olsen outside the area is headed down for an anticipated run from Wynalda, but goes straight to Callero.
91st minute - Dangerous Congo breaks free again, this time fighting off a Fraser challenge and turning in the left side of the box to hit a hard shot on Friedel, who stops it, and then has to scramble to control the rebound away from Congo, who never stops attacking on the play.
92nd minute - Asprilla is sprung straight down the middle of the field, hitting a shot from the top of the penalty area that again challenges Friedel, but is collected out of danger.
94th minute - A dangerous cross from Olsen sees Callero come way out of his area and bobble the ball. An on-rushing Lewis has a chance, but Callero reaches up while falling down and bats the ball out of his path.

97th minute - Wynalda touches a pass to free Olsen on the right wing, but his cross sails over the penalty area and out.
98th minute - After Congo dances along the edge of the penalty area for a number of seconds, the ball is dropped for a long range, but accurate shot from Colombia's Mosquera, which is saved and held by Friedel.
99th minute - Lewis wins a corner kick for the U.S. after a long cross from Olsen is played off a defender for a CK.
99th minute - On the ensuing kick, Wynalda places a cross well into the penalty area, but it bounces down and out of danger.
102nd minute - Wynalda and Lewis combine again on the left wing, but an eventual Lewis cross is played out of danger.
103rd minute - Reyna sends a crossfield pass to Lewis, who crosses to Olsen, who lunges to get a foot on the ball and play it back for Williams at the top of the area, but Williams shot is deflected and controled by Colombia.
103rd minute - Reyna bangs knees with Colombia's Oviedo. Shaken up, but continuing.
104th minute - Chris Armas makes an excellent defensive run to take the ball off Martinez after he steals a bad exchange between Reyna and Lewis and goes off on another long dribbling run, eventually making it to the edge of the penalty area.
106th minute - Free kick for Colombia, punched out by Friedel.

END OF FIRST 15-MINUTE OVERTIME PERIOD

106th minute - Second 15-minute overtime period underway. If teams remain tied after this period, they will proceed to a penalty kick tie-breaker.
106th minute - Wynalda steals the ball at midfield, dribbles in on goal, beats one last defender, but has Callero come out well to take the ball off his foot after an excellent 45 yard run.
108th minute - Free kick for Colombia from 27 yards out. The shot hits the upper left crossbar and ricochets out of danger. Faustino Asprilla with the shot.

110th minute - After stripping the ball from Lewis, the ball is carried just outside the box, and played outside for Asprilla who cuts back and hits a rocket that Friedel does well to punch back out the right wing. The ball is maintained by Colombia and played back in, eventually falling to Mosquera for a direct shot from 25 yards caught by Friedel.
112th minute - Free kick from Lewis along the left wing, played out of danger, but controlled by Lewis who dribbles well toward the area, beating one defender and then getting tripped by another, but no call.
114th minute - Free kick from Colombia along the left wing, just at the edge of the penalty area is headed out for a corner by Agoos. On the ensuing corner, Colombia is able to knock the ball back into play, but Lewis lunges to clear.

115th minute - Another attack from Colombia sees Fraser clear for a corner. On the ensuing corner kick, Olsen is fouled.
116th minute - C.J. Brown is beat on the wing, but he does well to track down the play, eventually winning a goal kick by clearning a ball off Congo.
119th minute - Oviedo breaks into the left side of the penalty area past Brown and is forced to the end line by a pestering Armas. But he gets a shot off from a close, tough angle that sails high into the air, but just missing settling into the roof of the goal.
120th minute - Colombia yellow-card: Bedoya's second yellow card, ejected, after a tackle on Wynalda, then throwing him to the ground after contact.
