Alston Out with Hamstring Strain
New England Revolution defender Kevin Alston will not travel to Carson for the start of the U.S. Men’s National Team training camp after suffering a left hamstring strain during a pre-season training session with New England.

The current group, comprised entirely of MLS-based players, will prepare for the USA's second match of 2010, a friendly against El Salvador on Feb. 24 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla.
