U.S. U-17 MNT Ties United Arab Emirates in Second AGS Cup Match
The U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team earned its second tie of the 2011 AGS Cup after finishing 1-1 against United Arab Emirates. U.A.E. came back to draw after Herber Mejia-Flores put the U.S. ahead with an assist from Tyler Turner.

L’ALFAS DEL PI, Spain (Oct. 17, 2011) – The U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team earned its second tie of the 2011 AGS Cup after finishing 1-1 against United Arab Emirates. U.A.E. came back to draw after Herber Mejia-Flores put the U.S. ahead with an assist from Tyler Turner.
The U.S. now has two points after two matches after drawing Mexico 1-1 in the team’s opening match. The U.S. next faces Russia on Wednesday, Oct. 19, before wrapping up the tournament against Spain on Thursday, Oct. 20.
