U.S. U-17 Gathers for Fourth Training Camp of 2011

U.S. Soccer Director of Development Jill Ellis has called 24 players to a training camp at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif., running from June 11-18.

CHICAGO (June 6, 2011) – U.S. Soccer Director of Development Jill Ellis has called 24 players to a training camp at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif., running from June 11-18. This group of players is in early preparations for qualifying for the 2012 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Azerbaijan. Twenty-three of the players called in camp were born in 1995 with one in 1996.

As part of the camp, the U.S. U-17 WNT will face local club Ajax at 7:30 p.m. PT on Wednesday, June 15, before taking on Pali Blues at 4:30 p.m. PT on Friday, June 17.
