U-17 MNT Draw Honduras

TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras (March 12, 2007) - The U.S. Under-17 '90 Men's National Team and Honduras battled to a scoreless draw in their second match in three days in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

It appeared the U.S. had gotten revenge for their 1-0 loss two days earlier when Mykell Bates headed in Jared Jeffrey's free kick in the 93rd minute, but the goal was called back for offsides.

The U.S. outshot Honduras, 10-6, but both teams put four on target.

The U.S. will travel to Guatemala tomorrow for the final five days of their trip. The U-17s will play two matches against local club teams, facing the Municipal Reserves on Wednesday, March 14 and Comunicaciones Reserves on Friday, March 16.
