Instructional Documents (Memoranda and Position Papers)

CHICAGO (Monday, January 13, 2003) - The National Program for Referee Development has issued a number of special purpose documents (memoranda and position papers) in recent years. In the past, these have been routinely distributed in hard copy. Dissemination is now done with greater speed via the Internet.

All documents (memoranda and position papers) currently on the web have been reviewed for consistency and format. They can be found at the referee section of our web site, ussoccer.com, by following the menu option for "Position Papers".
