High School: Graduated from Northport High School where she was First Team All-State her junior and senior years ... Was also selected to the All-Long Island Team her junior and senior years ... Long was an All-County selection all four years at Northport and was the Suffolk County Player of the Year her junior year ... Her teams went undefeated during the regular season all four years and her senior year, the team made it to the Long Island semi-finals ... Once scored three goals in the last 10 minutes of a game to lead her team to victory.
Club: Played club soccer for the Albertson Express ... Helped her club team capture four state championships ... Albertson Express also won the WAGS Tournament and the Disney Cup in 2004.
