U.S. National Teams: A member of the U.S. team that won the 2006 CONCACAF Under-20 Final Women’s Qualifying Tournament in Mexico … The only player to play in all five games in Mexico, she started two, and scored one goal, that against Surinam … Has trained with the U.S. U-19, U-17, and U-16 National Teams … Came into first U-20 WNT training camp in May of 2005.

High School: A two-time NSCAA All-American ... Named a 2005 Parade All-American ... Led HS team to 2002 and 2004 state semifinals ... As a senior, she led team to undefeated season in Prince George's County schedule ... Earned first team All-Country honors in 2005 ... Honored as both the Gazette Journal's and Prince George's County Player of the Year.

Club: Played for Bethesda Excel ... Led team to USYSA National Championships in 2003 and '04 ... Won regional titles in 2003, 2004 and 2005 ... Member of the 2005 U.S. Youth National ODP championship team for Maryland ... Earned a silver medal at the 2003 ODP Nationals where she received the tournament's Golden Boot award.

College: As a freshman in 2005, she was named to the WCC's All-Freshman Team ... Played in 23 games and had two assists … Named to the all-tournament team at the ACC/WCC Challenge at Wake Forest ... Played against her sister, Shannon, a senior at Virginia Tech.
