Known for his speed and athleticism, Wynne has impressed coaches at every level with his ability to run down fast opponents and also join the attack on the wing. The top draft pick in 2006, Wynne appeared in 28 games a rookie for the New York Red Bulls before being traded to Toronto FC early in the 2007 season.


•    One of 11 players on the squad with a Men’s National Team cap, he made his first appearance for the U.S. against Argentina playing against the likes of Messi, Riquelme and Crespo in the 2007 Copa America tournament.
•    After moving to Toronto, he made 22 appearances for the expansion team while also tallying three assists.
•    Top selection in the 2006 MLS SuperDraft by the New York Red Bulls


U.S. National Team – 2007: Earned first cap with Men’s National Team on June 28, 2007 against Argentina … Started and played full 90 minutes in his first appearance … Part of 2007 Copa America roster … Under-23s: Started two games against China in December 2007 … Called into two training camps in 2008 leading up to Olympic Qualifying … Under-20s: 2005: Started three of four games during 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship in Holland … Assisted on Chad Barrett’s game-winning goal against Argentina in opening game, helping the team earn a 1-0 upset win … 2004: Came into camp for the first time with the any youth national team with the U-20s in November in Sunrise, Fla. … Got his first cap against Honduras on Nov. 19, starting in the 2-0 win … During that game he was impressive at his right back position … He also started the Dec. 20 game against Canada, helping the U.S. to another 1-0 victory

Professional – 2007: After making one appearance for NY in his sophomore season, he was traded to expansion side Toronto FC early in 2007 … Went on to make 22 appearances for the club with 21 starts … 2006:  Drafted No. 1 overall by the New York Red Bulls in 2006 MLS SuperDraft … Appeared in 28 games with 23 starts as a rookie … Traded to
