  U.S. Soccer’s 2007 Fan Survey

Make Your Voice Heard

CHICAGO (March 15, 2007) – In a continuing effort to improve ussoccer.com, U.S. Soccer is asking fans to take part in an online survey.

The survey consists of questions to determine your satisfaction with ussoccer.com’s components and features, while also providing you with the opportunity to give direct feedback about the site. The information compiled from the survey will allow U.S. Soccer to make improvements to the site and deliver an enhanced experience for fans on ussoccer.com.

Similar to past years, the survey can be accessed from ussoccer.com and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Fans over the age of 18 who complete the survey will be eligible to enter into a random drawing to win a prize pack from U.S. Soccer, containing an assortment of national team gear. Participants under the age of 18 are still encouraged to complete the survey.

Over the past year, ussoccer.com has expanded its impressive video content for fans and media as a direct result of the information gathered from previous surveys conducted over the past few years. Adding to the hours of all_access behind the scenes videos featuring every U.S. National Team, Studio 90 provided fans with a daily peek into the team’s journey from Germany during the 2006 FIFA World Cup, and then also showcased special segments such as ‘Roster Spot,’ highlighting the U-20 Men’s National Team.

In addition to ussoccer.com’s extensive on-demand video selection, live MatchACCESS coverage debuted during the U.S.-Mexico match on February 8, as the popular website continues to provide some of the most impressive video content of any sports organization in the United States.

On March 25, MatchACCESS will enter into another level of coverage for our fans as the U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team’s match against El Salvador at Raymond James Park in Tampa, Fla., will be broadcast live on ussoccer.com.

Fans also wanted a larger video player, so we’ve added a collection of videos to youtube.com. If you haven’t already, check out ussoccer.com’s YouTube page and tell us what you think at communications@ussoccer.org.
